Claim Policy

At Edge Expert, we are committed to delivering premium quality furniture edge banding and panel solutions. If you encounter any product issues, please review our claim policy below.


1. Eligibility for Claims

A claim may be submitted if:

  • Product is defective

  • Product is damaged during delivery

  • Incorrect product was delivered

Claims must be submitted within:

7 days of receiving the order.


2. Non-Eligible Claims

Claims will not be accepted for:

  • Damage caused by improper handling

  • Incorrect installation

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Customized products (unless defective)


3. Claim Process

To file a claim:

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp

  2. Provide:

    • Invoice number

    • Product details

    • Clear photos of issue

  3. Our team will review within 3–5 business days


4. Resolution Options

If approved, we may offer:

  • Replacement product

  • Credit note

  • Partial refund (if applicable)


5. Bulk Orders

For bulk orders, claims must be inspected and reported before installation or usage.
